1. On a computer Web browser, go to My T-Mobile.
2. Log in with your mobile number and password.
3. Verify the Web page shows your phone.

4. From the menu at the top of the Web page, under Shop, click Ringtones.

Attention: all the ringtones should be save in “music folder”,or T-Mobile Motorola W233 won’t recognize the files you have just download in other folder.

My brother has a T-Mobile G1, recently, he felt the SD card is not enough, and bought new 4gb SD card, while he placed it in T-Mobile G1 ,it started freezing up and wouldn’t work. i found the solution in a forum, it worked! 1:insert card into mini sd adapter that it came with (big one)
2:insert adapter into pc card reader slot (or if you have usb type plug in)
3:when pc recognizes card as removable drive or media (sometimes f g h etc)
4:click start menu (any windows based pc) select computer and double click on it
5:find removable device right click select format choose fat 32 and let it format
note :make sure you insert newly formatted card with power off then turn power on
